SCORE (Survey, Count, Optimize, Review, Enable) is a technical package of essential interventions, recommended actions, tools and resources that aims to support countries in addressing challenges and meeting health information system needs.
It represents – for the first time in a single, harmonized package – all the key elements to enable governments to address data gaps, invest in scalable solutions, and take informed policy action.
SCORE addresses WHO’s commitment in the Thirteenth General Programme of Work - https://www.who.int/about/what-we-do/thirteenth-general-programme-of-work-2019---2023 to support Member States in the effective collection, analysis, reporting and use of health data to achieve health-related SDGs.
Liberia’s ability to effectively respond to the outbreak of Ebola virus disease is due to intensified vigilance and rapid response by the government and multiple partners.
